DELIVERY
When will I get my order?
EXPRESS DELIVERY
Shipped directly from our Isleworth (West London) facility by DPD with a 1 hour delivery time slot.
All orders are automatically sent on a next business day delivery* (Included with Free Shipping).
- Our next business day delivery cut-off time is 3pm Mon > Friday and 12pm on Saturdays (DPD now collect from us Monday > Saturday).
- Anything ordered Mon > Thursday before 3pm is usually* delivered next day.
- Orders placed before 3pm on Fridays are often delivered on Saturdays, occasionally on Sunday's and usually* at the very latest by Monday.
- Orders placed after 3pm on Friday and before 12pm on Saturday are collected on Saturday afternoon and are usually* delivered on Mondays (Occasionally delivered on Sundays).
- Weekend orders after 12pm on Saturdays go out with our Monday collection and are usually* delivered on Tuesdays.
* Northern Ireland, some regions of Scotland and any offshore islands will take a business day or 2 longer. (Our estimated order delivery date system does not calculate for these areas)
* As with any courier company, although thankfully very rare, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur.

Please Note: DPD Do not collect from us or deliver on Bank Holidays.

- Include your mobile number when ordering for live delivery updates.
- Use the DPD App to follow the live progress of your delivery.

RETURNS
We offer a 30 day return policy. The item must be returned unused* and in its original undamaged packaging.
*If you wish to return an appliance that has been used, we will refund up to 50% of the item's cost.
Please Note: We sell and deliver only in the UK. We will not be responsible for any item purchased and shipped outside the UK by a 3rd party.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective products, please request a return to arrange an exchange or refund within 6 months of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once accepted, we will refund you immediately on receipt of the returned item.
Return Shipping is normally* Free of Charge. In most cases we will send you a pre-paid pre-addressed return shipping label from the same carrier who delivered your order.
*Please do not leave a damaging review without giving us the opportunity to rectify any issues you may have.
*Our express shipping service is factored into the price you pay and is non-refundable on no-fault returns (£6.37).
Refunds may take a few days to appear on your credit card statement depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return/refund has been processed.
