When will I get my order?

Free Shipping: 2 to 4 Business Days* (Standard Tracked Delivery) – All our advertised prices include free shipping.

Express Shipping: 1 to 2 Business Days* (Expedited Tracked Delivery – Non-Refundable)

*Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (Excluding Bank Holidays)

Gold Express Delivery – Free for select items only on orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Thurs)

DPD – Shipped directly from our Isleworth facility by DPD with a 1 hour delivery time slot.

RETURN PROCESS

We offer a 30 day return policy.  The item must be returned unused* and in its original packaging.

*If you wish to return an appliance that has been used, we will refund up to 50% of the item’s cost.

REFUNDS

Once accepted, we will refund you immediately on receipt of the returned item.

Return Shipping is normally* Free of Charge.  In most cases we will send you a pre-paid pre-addressed return shipping label from the same carrier who delivered your order.

*Please do not leave a damaging review without giving us the opportunity to rectify any issues you may have.

Refunds may take a few days to appear on your credit card statement depending on your credit card company.  We will notify you by email when your return/refund has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS  

For defective products, please email: returns@thepartycake.co.uk to arrange a return/refund or exchange within 6 months of purchase.
