When will I get my order?

Free Shipping: 2 to 4 Business Days* (Standard Tracked Delivery)

Express Shipping: 1 to 2 Business Days* (Expedited Tracked Delivery)

*Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (Excluding Bank Holidays)

Free UK Express:

UK Express Delivery – Free (for select items only) on orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Thurs)

Shipped directly from our Isleworth facility by DPD with a 1 hour delivery time slot.

RETURN PROCESS

We offer a 30 day return policy.  The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

REFUNDS

Once accepted, we will refund you immediately on receipt of the returned item.

Return Shipping is Free of Charge.  In most cases we will send you a pre-paid pre-addressed return shipping label.  If this is not convenient please let us know.

Refunds may take a few days to appear on your credit card statement depending on your credit card company.  We will notify you by email when your return/refund has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS  

For defective products, please contact us by email or at the customer service number below (or by using the LIVE HELP if we’re online) to arrange a return/refund or exchange.
