We offer a 30 day return policy. The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping is Free of Charge. In most cases we will send you a pre-paid pre-addressed shipping label for DPD, Hermes or Parcelforce (whichever is convenient to you). If these methods are not convenient please let us know – We will refund any cost incurred by you immediately on receipt of the returned item.
Refunds may take a few days to appear on your credit card statement depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return/refund has been processed.
